This year the applications will be made online through ESA Foundation Scholarships and Grants. The site is open now for searching and applying.  The deadline for applications is Feb 1, 2013.  There are currently 41 scholarships/grants available to Virginia residents  (some are only valid in specific states).  These are for undergraduate and graduate school studies.
