VASFAA’s President

The Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators is pleased to present the schedule of financial aid workshops this fall for high school, scholarship, access and career counselors. These workshops will prepare counselors to assist students and parents in applying for financial aid during the 2010-11 academic year.

We cordially invite you to join your colleagues at these informative workshops. Dates and locations for the workshops are listed in this pamphlet, along with contact information so that you may choose the workshop that is most convenient for you. Registration is FREE. Simply call, fax or email the contact person for the workshop you would like to attend.

VASFAA’s workshops are taught by financial aid professionals and provide the most recent information about completing the Free Application for Federal S tudent Aid (FAFSA); how awards are processed; federal, state and institutional aid programs; and how to address special circumstances.
