30th Annual NSEA Conference Work
and the College Student Co-Hosted by Northeast Association of
Student Employment Administrators
Taking place in beautiful Boston Massachusetts November 8-11,
2004
Does your office administer student employment programs:
federal work study, college work study, job location and
development? If so, you may want to consider sending a
representative to the National Student Employment
Administrator's (NSEA)annual conference. This year's national
conference is co-hosted by the Northeast Association of
Student Employment Administrators (NASEA), and will be held
November 8-11, 2004 in Boston. Attending this 30th annual
national conference will give you the opportunity to meet
colleagues in the student employment field and to exchange
ideas on program administration. Early birds at the conference
can sign up to attend the Student Employment Essentials
training - a nuts and bolts overview of legal issues,
interviewing and selection, student and supervisor training,
marketing and job development, international student issues,
career development, federal work study and off-campus
programs. These "hands-on" workshops immerse participants in
all aspects of running a successful student employment office
and provide a framework for you to sharpen existing skills and
acquire new ones. Expert trainers will provide you with
well-researched, practical information you can apply
immediately. For more information on the conference and SEE
training, please visit their web site:
