VASFAA Board announces candidates for annual election

Elections for 2005-2006 offices will be held during the annual conference in Virginia Beach, VA. The polls will be open on Monday, May 23 and Tuesday, May 24 as described in the conference agenda. VASFAA 2004-2005 members in good standing are eligible and encouraged to vote in the election.
Members may make a nomination from the floor during the opening business meeting of the Association at the conference on Sunday, May 22. If a member is properly nominated and seconded from the floor, the name will be added to the ballot.

Immediately following the announcement of the candidates, each candidate will make an address to the membership during the business meeting on May 22. The statements of candidacy provided by the candidates will be available at the poll.

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may still vote by absentee ballot. You must return your ballot to the Nominations & Elections Committee by May 18, 2005. Ballots received after this date will not be counted. Full directions are on the ballot found below.
