What to Wear/What to Bring

Here is what you need to know to make sure you are ready for the conference:

• Packing: Dress for the conference will be business casual (that means no suits are necessary). At the Banquet on Tuesday night, we encourage you to dress casual for our VASFAA County Fair - think jeans, checked shirts, straw hats, etc. You might also want to pack a sweater or light jacket in case the meeting rooms are cool or you go out in the evenings. Finally, don't forget your business cards to share when meeting new colleagues.
• Directions to the Embassy Suites can be found on the hotel's web site at www.embassysuiteshampton.com .
• Parking is available at the hotel and it is FREE!
• Registration check-in times will be Sunday from 3 - 5 in the Embassy Suites hotel lobby, Monday from 8 am - noon and 1:30 - 4 pm in the Convention Center pre-function area on the 2nd floor and Tuesday from 7:30 am - noon in the same Convention Center pre-function area.
• Sunday activities: there is a general session on Sunday from 5 - 6 pm on the Net Price Calculator at the Convention Center in Grand Ballroom B and following that there will be VASFAA Networking in the Terrace area of the Convention Center - please join your colleagues for a bite to eat and some liquid refreshments!
