Out of the 29 Vendors - 26 have paid their full sponsorship
commitment. Wells Fargo, Nelnet, and Citibank have not paid their
money and have been contacted and notified that their information
will not be posted on the VASFAA website unitl payment is made. The
total amount of money collected so far is $78,500.

All updates received will be given to Daniel Hewitt to submit to
ATAC to bring the vendor/sponsor webpage up to date. Corrections
and information has been very difficult to obtain this year with
many of the contacts changing jobs and not leaving forwarding
information.

I will be attending the SASFAA conference at plan on talking with
selected vendors to see if they may be interested in vending at
VASFAA in order to increase our intake. Due to the size
restrictions on our vending space I plan to talk to vendors such as
ELM and others that have vended with us in the past and have not
committed so far this year. I feel that our income will go up a bit
with the addition of possibly 3 to 4 vendors.

An email will go out to all vendors in the next week or two
reminding them of the upcoming conference and an I plan to include
shipping information and an electrical request form.

NEXT MEETING: I plan to get with Vera in the next few weeks to go over all vendor
sponsor related information as far a set up and take down for the
conference
