Oct 21 -Telephone conversation involving members. Kiesha set Spring training session for March 16^th. Will request that the same speakers present for the Spring training.

Nov 17- Contact VCU dining services. Was instructed to come into to hall to sign a contract for food services.

Jan- working to change training date, one presenter may not be able to be at the March 16 training. May have to change training date to March 23. – will not post notice until presenters are sure that they can present.
