Description:
This committee is responsible for scheduling, planning and coordinating statewide financial aid training workshops for high school guidance counselors. Activities include:

Selecting and confirming workshop sites prior to the fall conference.
Providing information and workshop materials to site coordinators at the fall conference.
Providing workshop dates and location information to all Virginia high schools via brochures or mailings and through the VASFAA web site.
Providing training workshops on how to conduct high school workshops, completing assessments of the workshops and conducting an overall evaluation of the benefits derived from these efforts.
