Non-Conference Training

Minutes/Report: DATE: February 2, 2010 - Mid-Year Update Report LOCATION: ATTENDEES: GUEST(S): MINUTES STATUS: The Non-Conference Training Committee has had a challenging year. The two primary challenges have been a climate in which fewer people are available to make presentations and less technical support is available from sources we relied on in the past. To date, we have hosted one workshop online. We have used a commercial software product without the usual technical staff to help out. The results were not as desirable as the setup available to us in prior years. At this point, we expect to do one to two more workshops and concentrate on doing a great job with the pre-conference new aid officer workshop.
