Minutes/Report: DATE: August 12, 2006 - Initial organizational meeting of President's Coun LOCATION: Virtual ATTENDEES: Brad Barnett; Keith Wellings; Bobby Clemmer; Tom Morehouse GUEST(S): MINUTES STATUS: Proposed, discussed and agreed to timeline for New Century marketing strategy and also agreed upon the Application form. P&P and Application will be loaded to minutes area separately Week of August 21st: call for proposals via listserve; publish form on the website Week of September 25th: Reminder via listserve; submit article for newsletter. Week of October 16th: Reminder via listserve Week of November 20th: Conference Call to review proposals (if necessary). Rank proposals. Fund proposals based upon ranking and funding limits. Dec - May: monitor awards; send reminders to awardees on terms and conditions of grant, and requirement to report back. Jan: Call for additional proposals, if funding allows. May: insure funded proposals that have been completed (using the 60 day rule) have submitted their reports for the Annual Conference.
