    1. We are doing well with membership.  Continue to promote membership.
  2. Recap Spring 05 conference
    1. Crowded room, busy in mornings, move to another area, better organize nametag distirbution
  3. Spring 06 Conference,
    1. Vendor Area moved to ballroom
    2. Registration Area in hallway
    3. Conference Headquarters in Avemere Room
  4. Mentor Receptions
    1. Two, one in Richmond (December) and one in VA Beach (March)
  5. Ribbons
    1. Are they needed?  Checking with board and vendors
  6. Vendor Packets
    1. Delivered to table
  7. Buttons
    1. New design as we have new conference theme.  Or a design that can be used every year
  8. New Member Orientation
    1. AKA, New Member breakfast.  I think name may make more appealing.
  9. Mentor Program
    1. Reception at conference, communication with mentors
  10. Membership Gift
    1. Pouches, aspirin, bus card holder, pen, notepads
