Solicit, evaluate, and
coordinate the submission of potential eligible candidates for offices to the

the committee plans to achieve the stated goal): The Nominations and Elections Committee
shall present a Board-approved slate of candidates that meets the criteria for
the offices of President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer, Treasurer-Elect and
Representative(s)-at-Large at the annual business meeting.
