Dear VASFAA Colleagues,
I want to personally welcome you to Liberty University for the 2012 VASFAA Fall Non-Conference Event. I trust that this event will be helpful in developing your knowledge in the ever-changing world of financial aid. It is important that we band together as professional peers at the state level due to the major implications of the recent regulatory changes. We are fortunate to have accomplished speakers from the U.S. Department of Education, the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, Educational Credit Management Corporation, University of Mary Washington and Virginia Tech that will educate us on these changes and how this will impact our universities and colleges going forward. We are looking forward to seeing you.
Robert L. Ritz, PhD.
Vice President for Financial Aid
